TalentoPCD is a portal that functions as a database for creative professionals with disabilities (PCDs). Its goal is to increase the representation of PCDs in the advertising market, where currently only 1.6% of workers are PCDs. The portal allows professionals to register and be found by companies looking to hire PCD talents. Additionally, TalentoPCD plans to expand to other areas and adapt the website for people with visual impairments.
